Terms & Privacy Policy

This page sets out the full terms for Claude AI Skill subscriptions and digital products purchased through The AI Agent Marketplace (staging.theaiagentmarketplace.com), together with our Privacy Policy explaining how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both in full.

We strongly encourage you to read this page before purchasing. If you have questions about any section, contact us before completing your order — not after.

Section 1

What you are buying

The AI Agent Marketplace sells Claude AI Skill files — structured instruction files in Markdown format (.md) designed to be installed into Claude AI to enhance its behaviour for specific professional use cases.

You are purchasing access to:

  • The skill files themselves (SKILL.md and any accompanying reference files included in the download)
  • The frameworks, checklists, operating modes, and specialist structures encoded within those files
  • Any future updates to those files during your active subscription period

You are not purchasing:

  • Access to any AI language model, API, or AI service — those are provided by third-party AI providers under separate terms
  • A guarantee of specific outputs, results, rankings, revenue, or business outcomes
  • Any professional service, consultation, or done-for-you work
  • Rights to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the skill files

Important: Skill files require a compatible AI application to function. Compatibility requirements are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your existing tools before purchasing.

Section 2

Subscription & billing

Skills are sold on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Your subscription grants you access to download and use all skills in the catalog for the duration of your active subscription.

Billing cycle
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You will be charged the subscription fee at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to downloaded skill files — but access to future updates and any gated downloads ceases at the end of your current billing period. There are no partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If the price changes, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance via the email address on your account. Continued subscription after the price change date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, access to gated content may be suspended until payment is resolved. We are not responsible for any disruption caused by failed payment due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or other payment issues on your end.

Section 3

Digital delivery

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, download access is provided immediately through your account. No physical goods are shipped.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation
  • You have received the product you purchased in full at the point of download
  • You expressly waive any applicable cooling-off or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply under consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law

If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your download after payment, contact us at the address in Section 9 and we will resolve the issue.

Section 4

AI output disclaimer

Claude AI Skills are instruction files that direct the behaviour of AI language models. The following is fundamental to understanding what you are purchasing and what to expect:

Outputs are variable by nature
AI language models produce probabilistic outputs. The same skill, given the same input, may produce different outputs across different sessions. This is an inherent characteristic of the underlying technology, not a defect in the skill file. Output quality varies and is not guaranteed to be consistent.
Outputs depend on your inputs
The quality, accuracy, and usefulness of AI output is directly shaped by the quality of the information and instructions you provide. Vague, incomplete, or incorrect inputs will produce lower-quality outputs. We are not responsible for outputs produced from poor-quality inputs. The skill provides the framework — you provide the context.
AI model versions affect behaviour
Skills are built and tested against specific versions of AI language models. Third-party AI providers update, change, deprecate, and release new model versions without notice. We endeavour to update skills when significant model changes affect behaviour, but we cannot guarantee that any skill will perform identically across all current and future model versions.
No guarantee of outcomes
Skills are tools that assist in professional tasks. They do not guarantee any specific business result — including but not limited to: search engine rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, revenue, content performance, technical audit accuracy, or any other measurable outcome. Results depend on how skills are used, the quality of inputs, external factors beyond our control, and many other variables we cannot predict or influence.
AI output is not professional advice
Output generated through AI skills does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated output as a substitute for qualified professional consultation where such consultation is warranted.
Third-party AI providers
The AI language models used with these skills are operated by independent third-party providers under their own terms of service, privacy policies, and usage limits. We have no control over third-party AI providers, their model behaviour, their availability, their pricing, or their terms. Any issues arising from your use of third-party AI services must be resolved directly with those providers.

Section 5

No-refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital skill purchases or subscription payments.

This applies to all products and all payment types, including first-time purchases and recurring subscription renewals.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of:

  • AI output not meeting personal expectations or preferences
  • Output variability between sessions or across different AI model versions
  • Failure to achieve a specific business outcome (ranking, traffic, revenue, etc.)
  • Incompatibility with tools or platforms not verified before purchase
  • Change of mind after purchase and download
  • Lack of use of the purchased product
  • Claimed unawareness of this policy — the policy is linked on every product page before checkout
  • Issues arising from third-party AI provider changes, outages, or policy updates
  • Forgetting a subscription renewal — it is your responsibility to manage your subscription

The sole exception: If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents delivery of your download and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your report, we will issue a full refund for the affected transaction.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons other than verified unauthorised use of your payment method is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation of purchase, delivery, and policy acceptance, and to suspend account access during any active dispute.

Section 6

Your due diligence

We provide extensive information to help you make an informed purchase decision before you buy. Every product page includes:

  • A detailed description of what the skill does and how it works
  • A “Without / With” comparison showing the difference the skill makes in practice
  • Example outputs demonstrating what the skill produces
  • A full list of what is included in the download
  • Technical specifications including compatibility requirements
  • A FAQ section addressing common questions
  • A link to this Purchase Policy

It is your responsibility to:

  • Read the product description and understand what you are purchasing before completing your order
  • Verify that the skill is compatible with your existing AI tools and subscription
  • Read this Purchase Policy before completing your order
  • Contact us with any questions before purchasing if anything is unclear

Completing a purchase constitutes your acknowledgement that you have performed this due diligence, that the product matches what was described, and that you accept this policy in full.

Section 7

License & permitted use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal commercial license to use the skill files for your own business and client work during your active subscription period.

You may
  • Use skills across unlimited personal devices and accounts
  • Use skills for client work under your own business
  • Use skills for internal team workflows
  • Modify skills for your personal use
You may not
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense skill files
  • Share downloads with non-subscribers
  • Publish or republish skill content as your own
  • Use skills to build competing products for resale

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of your license without refund. We reserve the right to pursue remedies for intellectual property infringement.

Section 8

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The AI Agent Marketplace, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of skill files or AI-generated outputs
  • Loss of revenue, business opportunity, rankings, traffic, data, or reputation
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated outputs
  • Actions taken or not taken based on AI outputs
  • Third-party AI provider outages, changes, or policy updates
  • Any outcome resulting from your use or misuse of the purchased skill files

In any case where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

Skills are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
